Boise

Boise, known as the “City of Trees” is the capital and the largest city in Idaho. There are plenty of outdoor activities to do for the outdoor enthusiast in this town. The Boise foothills is a great place for hiking. The Boise Greenbelt is a series of trails and parks along the river edge that has great biking trails and is the perfect place to cool off in the river rafting, swimming or fishing. Boise also has a lot of great dining and the nightlife is very popular. The downtown area has nightclubs and bars located on one block right beside each other making it easy to visit different places all on foot. The two main hospitals are in Boise as well as the major airport and Boise State University, which is home of the famous blue turf. With Boise having so much to offer people it is no wonder why Boise was voted the #1 place to raise a family
