Garden Valley

Garden Valley is a small mountain town that is in between Eagle and McCall. There is a lot of white-water rafting and kayaking done here, since it is right by the Payette River. The North Fork Championship kayak whitewater event is located just down the road in Banks. Garden Valley may be small, but they have a lot of fun things to offer. Terrace Lakes Resort has a golf course with a hot springs pool that is surrounded by pine trees. The resort also has lodging available if you are not wanting to make the hour and fifteen-minute drive back to town. In the middle of town there is a small outdoor musical theater that puts on 4 different shows a year. This is a favorite among all ages. Garden Valley does have a small market in town and a gas station.
