Cascade

Cascade is a small town on the way to McCall. It is a popular camping spot or day trip in the summer with how close to Boise it is. Lake Cascade is a favorite among everybody, because of its warmer water temperature and it is usually not as crowded as Payette Lake in McCall. It is a great lake to fish, ski or swim in, and only about 40 mins away from McCall. Cascade has one grocery store in town with a few restaurants and two gas stations. Cascade also has a movie theater right in the center of town. For those who do not like to camp but enjoy the lake, Ashley Inn is a nice hotel that is about a 10-minute walk to Lake Cascade.
